Registration Options & Rates

There are 2 types of registration for the 2026 AVA Annual Scientific Meeting.

In-Person Registration – Join us in Grapevine, TX, October 2–4, 2026 (pre-meeting workshops available at an additional fee, held on October 1) for education, networking, and some fun! You can earn up to 34+ CEs with this registration type. 14 CEs will be available during the in-person event (more if you attend a pre-meeting workshop). Starting late October 2026, you can listen to any session you missed in Texas to earn an additional 20 CEs.

AVA On-Demand Registration – Unable to join us in Grapevine, TX? We will miss you, but we've provided an alternative way to still obtain CEs and get the amazing education from AVASM26! Register for AVA On-Demand and you will have access to 20 CEs. Starting late October 2026, you can watch the sessions presented at the in-person conference at your convenience. Some presentations will be video recordings and others will be audio/slides only. On-Demand Registration ends October 31, 2026.
